Black Brilliance: The Heartbeat of My Blog
As a Black woman entrepreneur, I have poured my heart and soul into creating Jackie’s Academy. Every element of this website has been crafted with profound care and dedication, from the content to the resources offered. My vision is to cultivate a community that amplifies Black voices and uplifts and educates our people, empowering us to thrive and lay a strong foundation for future generations. I aim to honor our rich culture and preserve Black history while nurturing community leaders who will help us build thriving environments where struggle becomes a thing of the past.
With over 17 years in corporate America, I ascended to the top despite facing racial discrimination. I've developed a remarkable skill set that I am eager to share with my community. That is what inspired my Project Management and Leadership Zone!
Jackie’s Academy also seeks to hold white folks accountable through a candid and unfiltered Black perspective. I aspire to create a coalition of accomplices who will walk alongside us in our fight for racial justice. Educating and holding white people accountable is essential to reducing the daily triggers our community faces.
